Paramin Tour

Visit the village of Paramin located in the hills above Port of Spain on the Western side of the Northern range. Learn the history of this small community which is rich in Spanish and Portuguese traditions. See the magnificent view of Port of Spain and the North Coast, hear stories from members of the community and enjoy a Paramin style meal prepared with ingredients grown in Paramin.

“Food for Thought” journaling tour

Take time out of your hectic schedule to recenter yourself and feed your soul through guided journaling. This tour takes participants on a tour of the North Coast stopping at various locations that allow for the mind to be at ease. Our journaling tour is led by a behaviour change specialist who will guide participants through journaling exercises at various points. Meet the owners of each property, indulge in fresh fruits and coconut water and leave feeling relaxed, rejuvenated and ready to take on the world.

South+Central Tour

Visit the Southern and Central communities in Trinidad and learn about the East Indian community of Trinidad and Tobago. We start off the tour visiting the Labrea Pitch Lake, the largest natural deposit of asphalt in the world. Next, try some of our street food, rich in flavour and spices and inspired by the East Indian cuisine which was introduced to Trinidad and Tobago by the indentured labourers. We’ll also make a few stops along the way to visit historical sites . You can also choose to end the tour with a relaxing tour of the Caroni Bird Sanctuary.

Cocoa Tour to Brasso Seco

Learn about the best chocolate in the world, made from the Trinitario cocoa bean, indigenous to Trinidad and Tobago. Trinitario cocoa has been used for centuries by the best chocolatiers in the world.
This bean to bar tour takes you to the small, rural community of Brasso Seco, situated in the Northern Range, Brasso Seco, home to 300 people. The community proudly makes it’s own chocolate bar which can be found in supermarkets and specialty stores nationwide. This tour is conducted by the Brasso Seco Chocolate Company which includes a visit to the cocoa estate, a demonstration of how the chocolate is made, a chocolate tasting and a local lunch. After your tour, enjoy some rest and relaxation at the neighbouring waterfall amidst the beautiful rainforest before heading back to the hustle and bustle called life.

Enjoy a relaxing boat ride through the Caroni bird sanctuary, home of our national bird The Scarlet Ibis, while sampling a variety of one of our favourite local snacks, chow.
Chow is a snack made with chilled fruits that are in season that are seasoned in chadon beni (cousin of Cilantro), garlic, salt and a dash of pepper sauce (optional). There are several types of chow, mango, pineapple, pommecythere, cocoa, cucumber etc.
